Smokemade Meats + Eats barbecue restaurant is open Friday - Sunday, from 11 am - 7 pm. Hours may vary during our soft opening. Check our Instagram page for the current schedule. Please be advised that while we plan to prepare enough Smokemade meats for everyone, we may close early if we sell out.

Smokemade Meats + Eats is an Orlando based black-owned business owned by Orlando-local pitmaster Tyler Brunache. He earned his entrepreneurship degree from Florida State University and honed his pitmaster skills in the Dallas / Fort Worth area with award-winning pitmasters at Goldee’s BBQ.
The Smokemade Meats + Eats BBQ menu focuses on Central Texas style BBQ featuring smoked meats by ½ lb, sandwiches, scratch-made sides, and desserts. The Smokemade Meats + Eats signature meats menu consists of the following:Brisket: Smoked for 16 hours and rested for an additional 10-12 hours. Seasoned with coarse kosher salt, 16 mesh black pepper, garlic and onion powder, the meat is the star with a balanced savory profile, rich and black pepper forward flavors. Pork Spare Ribs: Seasoned with 16 mesh black pepper and seasoning salt, the pork ribs benefit from a six hour cook, then are wrapped in glaze and rested for 2 hours to yield a fall off the bone tender meat with honey and black pepper flavors. Pulled Pork: Smoked for 10 hours, then rested for 12-15 hours, seasoned with coarse kosher salt and 16 mesh black pepper, the pork is tossed with vinegar sauce to order and full of flavor. Turkey Breast: the flavors of Thanksgiving and BBQ combined for a savory and buttery turkey breast seasoned with kosher salt, 16 mesh black pepper, garlic, onion powder and paprika. Finished in butter, it’s the sleeper hit of the menu. Housemade Hot Gut Sausage: Cold smoked for 4 hours then smoked for an hour before service, the blend of pork and beef seasoned with a variety of spices including garlic and chili flakes, yields a well balanced, hearty and beefy sausage. Housemade Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage: Cold smoked for 4 hours then smoked for an hour before service, this well balanced pork and beef blend with a whisper of heat is seasoned with a variety of spices, gooey cheddar and fresh jalapeño are added to the mix.Smoked Half Chicken: Dry brined half chicken smoked for 2 hours over direct fire coals. Next level for rotisserie chicken lovers, you’ll want to order extra for meal prepping at home! Smoked Marinated Mushrooms: Smoked for 2 hours after an overnight steep in our signature sweet and sour balsamic marinade, filled with thyme and garlic. Central Texas BBQ is a culinary experience like no other, and at its heart is the famed all-wood smoked brisket. This regional specialty is a testament to time-honored traditions practiced daily at Smokemade Meats + Eats BBQ restaurant. The secret behind Central Texas barbecue is “slow and low.” Our brisket spends over 16 hours being carefully tended to, resulting in a tantalizing bark on the outside while remaining impossibly tender on the inside. The high quality meats shine on their own, without heavy sauces or seasonings to steal the spotlight. Smokemade offers two traditional sauces. A vinegar based sauce, recommended for pulled pork, and a traditional Texas style barbecue sauce with a slight mustard taste. They let the meats do all the talking and sauces are not the focus of Central Texas BBQ, we give great care in the preparation of our sauces.

Yes, Smokemade Meats + Eats has vegetarian menu items! New Smoked Marinated Mushrooms, along with Mac and Cheese, Cheese Grits, Tomato and Zucchini salad, Potato Salad, Coleslaw and desserts are all vegetarian friendly.
We offer limited seating inside and picnic tables are available outside on the covered patio. You are welcome to dine in or takeout. Smokemade BBQ menu is available packaged to go if you wish to visit nearby local breweries and parks in Curry Ford West, SoDo, and The Milk District to enjoy.

During our early pop-up days, we encouraged guests to come early as we sold out of our slow smoked meats within hours. Now with our brick and mortar BBQ restaurant, we have doubled our smoker capacity and plan to prepare enough brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey, and smoked sausages to meet our anticipated demand.Some items including specials may be more popular than anticipated and may sell out prior to closing time. We will cover fire management, trimming, seasoning, smoking, slicing, and finishing brisket and spare ribs. The course comes with a light breakfast of pastries and coffee, as well as a full BBQ Lunch with beer, soda, and water. You will leave with food that is prepared in the class.Sausage ClassIn this course we will be giving you a full look at how we grind, stuff, link, cold smoke, and prepare sausages for service.
