Tyler Brunache, Owner & Pitmaster of Smokemade Meats + Eats, is proud to offer serious BBQ fans and pitmasters in training with workshops for a day exploring the methods of preparing slow and low Central Texas-style BBQ.
  • Brisket & Ribs Class:
    In this hands-on class, we will be instructing on and sharing our methods of smoking brisket and pork spareribs. We will cover fire management, trimming, seasoning, smoking, slicing, and finishing brisket and spare ribs. The course comes with a light breakfast of pastries and coffee, as well as a full BBQ Lunch with beer, soda, and water. You will leave with food that is prepared in the class.
  • Sausage Class:
    In this course we will be giving you a full look at how we grind, stuff, link, cold smoke, and prepare sausages for service. Course includes a light breakfast of pastries and coffee, as well as a full BBQ Lunch with beer, soda, and water.
A general waiver of liability form will be emailed to you prior to class attendance. You are required to fill out and return before the start of the course.
